This seamoss is sourced from the waters of St. Lucia and is high in minerals and omega-3 fatty acids. 

Elderberry is high in vitamin C and fiber which makes this a great supplement in aiding cold and flu symptoms..

It is soaked and blended with spring water, lemon, and lime.

Please keep refrigerated for a maximum of 3 weeks.

Many mix a teaspoon of seamoss with their tea and or smoothie.
